Living arrows

Living arrows 1/5/17

This weeks living arrows is a bit of a game changer.
This week shaniah went to the doctors and was told she either has lactose intolerance or glucose. So for one week each we’ve got to cut out products that contain these things. At first it wasnt too bad but she soon started wanting things that she can no longer have, now you can imagine how difficult it is to tell a two year old no. Kinder surprise is the difficult one.

This weekend was my birthday too so we decided to take a trip to a soft play area that we’ve been meaning to try out for a while but never got round to doing so. Isnt it crazy how our little ones have absolutely no fear? There we are freaking out anf they’re running through it all without a care in the world!

This week has been one full of adventure and new beginnings, some days have been tough others have been a breeze but one things for sure is we wouldn’t have it any other way!

  1. That’s tough on a little one. I was lactose intolerant for a while and it was difficult for me as an adult let alone for a two year old. Good luck finding lovely alternatives for her #livingarrows

  2. I can’t imagine having to restrict a diet like that and cut out a whole chunk of products/ingredients. It’s so hard to explain that sort of thing to young children too. I hope she’s coping ok x
